Perfil de agressores(as) sexuais infantis e seus contextos: uma revisão de escopo

Resumo
A infância é um período vulnerável, protegido por legislações internacionais, como a Declaração dos Direitos da Criança (ONU, 1959), que afirma a necessidade de proteção contra negligência e exploração. O conceito de infância, entretanto, varia entre culturas, influenciando as experiências das crianças. Esta revisão de escopo tem como objetivo mapear o perfil de agressores sexuais infantis em diferentes contextos sociais e culturais. A metodologia seguiu as diretrizes do Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI), revisando 25 estudos de 13 países, utilizando 4 bases de dados: MEDLINE, APA PsycINFO, LILACS e Web of Science. Os resultados foram coletados e analisados em 3 grandes categorias: (1) Características pessoais do agressor; (2) O ato do abuso; (3) Contextos do agressor. Neste artigo analisaremos somente a categoria relacionada ao Contexto do agressor: Contextos e antecedentes familiares; Contextos educacionais e socioeconômicos; Contextos culturais e Contextos religiosos. Os resultados apontam que muitos agressores compartilham históricos de abuso e negligência na infância, associados a ambientes familiares disfuncionais. No aspecto educacional, a maioria dos agressores apresenta baixa escolaridade, embora haja exceções, como aqueles em posições de autoridade. Os elementos culturais, especialmente os tabus sexuais e estereótipos de gênero, desempenham um papel significativo na perpetuação do abuso, assim como distorções religiosas. As conclusões demonstram que a prevenção do abuso infantil deve considerar múltiplos fatores, desde a educação até o suporte familiar, passando pela cultura e religião. Reforça-se que uma abordagem abrangente e interdisciplinar é fundamental para o enfrentamento da violência sexual infantil.
